Chief Financial Officer - required qualifications:

• Master in Finance, with Business or Management Degree

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a must

• More than 9 years experience in management

• Fluent in English and Arabic.     

Responsibilities

• Ensure that finance is seen as a value adding business partner (Business, Tenants, Property Asset Management and External clients).

• Develop Finance's influence in the making of business decisions. 

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Financial Department to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Optimize profit by applying sound business acumen and principles

Chief Technical Officer - required qualifications:

• MS University Graduate

• Preferable business or management degree

• More than 9 years experience in Telecommunication project management

Responsibilities

• Follow on day-to-day operations

• Assist the CEO and various executive managers in the development and assembly of the company's annual sales forecast, expense budgets, cash flow forecast and implementation plans to achieve their goals and objectives as outlined in the annual strategic business plan.

• Manage, monitor & help establish annual goals and objectives for the management team, Director of Technical Department, Customer Service department, and Technical Department.

General Manager - required qualifications:

• MBA with BE (Bachelor of Engineering) or BS (Bachelor of Science) in a related area.

• Minimum 15 years experience, out of which at least 5 years in management.

• Advance Knowledge of telecommunications.

• Organization, Leadership and management skills.

• Excellent problem solving skills.

• Capacity in handling human resources issues.

• High proficiency required in Computers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the operation of all departments

• To define the company’s strategy and planning, budgeting.

• To ensure the implementation of the Company’s strategy and its compliance with the approved budget.

• To ensure the continuity of the operations, optimize and improve the efficiency of the operations.

• To develop the commercial activities of the Company and grow the revenues.

• To maintain the quality of the Company’s image and the quality of its networks.

• To develop the local human resources and build their skills and capabilities.

Business development Manager -required qualifications:

• BS or MS University Graduate.

• 4 to 6 years experience.

• Advanced knowledge in the development, management and execution of sales processes

• Effective technology skills working with customer relationship management, presentation, and word processing software applications

Responsibilities

• Consultative experience in selling business-to-business professional services

• has primary responsibility for the development of new business. This includes identifying new clients, cold calling, meeting with clients and selling all service lines.

• communicate and present the value proposition, organizational strengths and capabilities of the services offered

• work effectively with senior executives, middle management, and line-level decision influencers in the financial and technology disciplines

Sales Manager - required qualifications:

• University Degree in Business/Marketing. MBA is a plus.

• 5 years experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Managing the sales fundamentals.

• Setting company’s forecast and objectives.

• Training & developing the sales team.

• Setting and achieving stretch company objectives.

Sales Consultant - required qualifications:

• University graduate preferably IT major or Business/Marketing

• Minimum 1 year experience in Services Oriented Companies.

• Rich background in IT is preferable.

• Dynamic team player with an aggressive approach.

• Good management and communication skills.

• Ability to orient solutions to enterprises and negotiate contracts.

• Experience of delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Contacting potential customers and providing customized solutions to corporate based customers & involved in direct sales.

• Achieving company’s sales targets and objectives.

Senior Software Developer - required qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or MIS.

• 4 to 6 years experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Very Good Knowledge of CRM, VB, Access, SQL SERVER, Crystal reports, MS Project.

• Excellent Web-Development knowledge

• Basic Knowledge of Business intelligence and data warehouse.

• Excellent IT skills, particularly in the use of databases and spreadsheets.

• Master new software packages quickly and acquire new technical skills quickly.

• Proven ability to multi-task, and to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Junior Software Developer - required qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or MIS.

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Good Knowledge of CRM, VB, Access, SQL SERVER, Crystal reports, MS Project.

• Good IT skills, particularly in the use of databases and spreadsheets.

• Ability to master new software packages quickly and to acquire new technical skills quickly.

RF Technician - required qualifications:

• BT or TS electricity/electronics or networking

• Minimum 2 years experience

• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Microwave antenna installations.

• Antenna alignment and pointing

• RF cabling, wave guide and IF cabling

• Electricity cabling, earthing, lightning protection

• Ensuring tower safety and equipment rigging

• Using PC or Laptop for equipment configuration and optimization issues

• Using diverse tools in a handy manner

• Managing technicians and planning their tasks in an effective time consuming manner.

• Leased Lines knowledge is a plus
