Corporate Sales

Responsibilities:

• Identify the needs of customers and provide an opportunity for those needs to be met through the purchase of product or service
• Guide a potential customer to discovering his/her needs and then offer the best possible solution to endure his/her needs are fulfilled
• Responsible of meeting monthly and yearly sales target

Required qualifications:

• Education:  Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Business Administration or in a related field is needed. Preferable at Masters level

Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as: General Ledger accounts, fixed assets, amortization, billing, sales reports, etc.
• Monitor and review accounting and system reports for accuracy and completeness (related to suppliers, banks, customers, etc.)
• Issue daily reports pertaining to sales and collection
• Issue monthly Profit & Loss statements and assist the chief accountant in the preparation of the Balance sheet and Cash flow reports

Required qualifications:

• Education:  A Bachelor Degree in Accounting is needed. A Masters Degree is preferred
• Job Experience: Five years of experience

Telesales (Part Time employees)

Responsibilities:

• Make sales calls and contact with predetermined leads to proactively sell the Company’s product
• Add customer information into the database
• Answer basic questions that customers have with regard to the company, organization, product and services

Required qualifications:

Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Installing, testing and commissioning of Generators, UPS panels, AC, DC Distribution panels, Battery Banks, Cable Trays, Fire Alarm System, all types of Cable Laying , Utility system for Control Rooms, Grounding, Lightning System for DCS /ESD Panels, Local Control Panels and Work Station
• Laying & designing of HV, LV & Control Cables. Installation of Bus Ducts, Lightning arrestor & its supports
• Performing activities in electrical installations & commissioning of BS, NOC & Computer rooms
• Performing activities in Programmable logic controls (PLCs)
• Support the maintenance in troubleshooting efforts of electrical equipment problems
• Support all company’s departments in identifying and resolving the electrical issues

Required qualifications:

• Education:  A Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is needed.

Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the work of accounting and clerical employees engaged in accounting functions
• Generate and/or maintain accounting and financial records of all funds, including reconciling bank statements and invoices, financial reports, drafting checks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
• Prepare monthly finance and accounting statements and reports
• Prepare employees’ monthly payroll
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as: income tax, end of service indemnity, NSSF, etc.

Required qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor Degree in Accounting is needed. A Masters Degree is preferred
• Job Experience: Seven years of experience
• Languages: English and Arabic

Marketing and Branding Officer

Responsibilities:

• Audit all MOBI point of sales: product display, brand awareness, and competition activity.
• Act as link between the Marketing department and the POS in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide the POS with the necessary branding material and make sure to remain in good condition.
• Prepare reports for each POS and updates it regularly on CRM
• Communicate effectively all changes in product, service and/or procedures in a timely manner.
• Gather market intelligence to set new product pricing and managing price on existing items.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing plan on site.

Required qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Business Administration or in a related field is needed. Preferable at Masters level

Senior IP Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.
• Supervise network performance on a daily basis (Backbone Routers, servers, BSUs and client CPEs), analyse performance and signal any alarming trends
• Execute performance acceptance tests after a new network element is activated on the network
• Intervene on site when necessary to resolve problems
• Insure proper contact with customer to follow up and resolve problems, and assist them in their equipment setup (Routers, Switches, etc)

Required qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor Degree in Computer Communications Engineering or equivalent. CCNP certified is a must
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience
• Proven experience with Cisco routers, Juniper products
• Experience in working on Cache Engines and Service Control Engines is a plus
• Languages: Native Arabic and English

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Data  entry (JV,PV,RV)
• Handle bank and intercompany reconciliation
• Handle invoicing and purchasing (Sales and purchase invoice)

Required qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience, Knowledge of Lebanese chart of account and its classes.
• Languages: Native Arabic and English

Internal Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audit activities, focusing primarily on financial and operational audits.
• Execute the annual audit plan and performs duties necessary to achieve the internal audit objectives and scope.
• Review the reliability and integrity of financial and compliance information.
• Assist in fraud investigations and any type of loss. Investigates and recommends action to be taken when there are weaknesses in internal controls, compliance or accuracy of information.

Required qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Auditing. A Master’s degree is preferred. CIA or CPA is a plus
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience of related work experience
• Languages: Native Arabic and English

Head of Operations and Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Insure proper maintenance and weather-proofing for all sites and equipment
• Perform routine site checks and rectify all anomalies
• Liaise with subcontractors for site installation and maintenance of equipment
• Insure proper implementation of civil works and electrical/environmental installations on site through local team or subcontractors
• Verify site installation and perform site acceptance test for equipment and civil works

Required qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor Degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field is needed. A Master’s Degree is preferred
• Experience: 5-7 years of related experience
• Languages: Native Arabic and English
