Cedarcom, SAL to participate in Termium in an awareness effort

BEIRUT, Lebanon, September 16th, 2003 – Cedarcom, SAL will participate in Termium in an effort to gather market intelligence and create awareness.

"Cedarcom is in process of setting up its country wide network" said Camille Nammour, Sales Manager of Cedarcom. "During Termium, we hope to gather market intelligence, sense the needs of our prospects, and accordingly work on developing the adequate business solutions."

Cedarcom was granted a wireless data networking and VSAT license by the Counsel of Ministers decree number 10172 dated 29th April 1997 and renewed on the 4th of July 2003.

"Among four licensed operators, only Cedarcom had not deployed any wireless data network. However, we are in process of commissioning an advanced wireless backbone covering the Lebanese Republic, allowing us to offer wireless access, last mile and WI-FI solutions to ISPs, banks, multi-branch office entities, and home users", continued Nammour.

Headquartered in Beirut, Cedarcom, SAL holds a wireless data networking and VSAT license from the Ministry of Telecom. Cedarcom is currently building its wireless network covering the Lebanese Republic. Cedarcom offers wireless solutions to ISPs, banks, multi-branch office entities, and home users.
